Here is an example of a pitch letter used for a public relations class in order to bring awareness to Hampton Roads Chamber Players
Dear Debra Halpert,
Every child deserves to have the same opportunities, great education and a chance to follow his or her dreams. Music plays a huge role in education, growth and self-esteem. Maestro Jorge Aguirre has dedicated his life to helping young musicians from all backgrounds play to their best ability. The Hampton Roads Chamber Players showcases the most talented musicians and allows them to have a life-changing opportunity. Playing side by side with players from the Virginia Symphony Orchestra and other award-wining musicians, these children are having an unforgettable experience.
HRCP provides exceptional musical instruction while teaching the importance of giving back to the community, tradition and building excellence. The student musicians play at many public recitals as individuals or as an orchestra at schools, hospitals, orphanages and grand auditoriums. Maestro Aguirre has had a great influence on the children, teaching them that there is no limit when you are a hard worker and determined.
Recently, HRCP has teamed up with a public relations writing and production class from The Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications at Hampton University to build up their image. The class will provide expertise in the public relations field to help them bring awareness to HRCP. They will also work together to help the organization build a better website, take quality photographs and write compelling press releases.
I will follow up within a week to determine your interest in featuring this story in your magazine. For more information, please visit http://www.hrchamberplayers.org/ or contact Cheyenne Floyd at 323-337-4334.

Social Media
As the summer intern for BLUROZ, I handled all of the social media updates. I had to find the press pictures to post and take some of the pictures of the products.
Internships
This flyer was created for BLUROZ durning my summer internship. This flyer was sent out to new clients as well as our email list introducing the spring and summer collection.

Durning my internship with BLUROZ, I was assigned to assist the head stylist on a magazine photo shoot in the desert. I was working along side of an experienced photographer in extreme weather. The magazine is called AfroStyle and is available online.

These are pictures from the Liberty Fairs trade show in Las Vegas. BLUROZ had a double booth at the show and was able to meet with other brands. I attended and was in charge of running the booth and keeping record of who visited the booth.
This is a logo that I enhanced for Image Quest Plus as a summer intern.
This is a brochure that I created for Image Quest Plus for them to send out to their client list and new clients.
